Frontend Design skill: install it in any agent

Guidance for distinctive, intentional visual design when building or reshaping a UI: aesthetic direction, typography, avoiding templated defaults. Source on GitHub ↗

Install once, use everywhere (one line)

Copy the skill folder into ~/.agents/skills, which Codex reads and Cursor and Gemini CLI also read, then symlink it into ~/.claude/skills for Claude Code:

git clone --depth 1 https://github.com/anthropics/skills.git /tmp/anthropic-skills \
  && mkdir -p ~/.agents/skills ~/.claude/skills \
  && cp -R /tmp/anthropic-skills/skills/frontend-design ~/.agents/skills/ \
  && ln -sfn ~/.agents/skills/frontend-design ~/.claude/skills/frontend-design

The folder contains: SKILL.md. Skills with scripts/ run code on your machine, so read them first. We don't copy the skill's content here; read it at the source.

Check a SKILL.md before you install it

Runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded. It checks the frontmatter (name, description length) and flags hidden HTML comments, remote URLs, shell commands and referenced scripts so you know what to review.
