Ellipsis runs cloud coding agents that review PRs, fix bugs and answer questions from GitHub and Slack. There are no seat fees: you pay tokens at cost plus a 10% platform fee, and it can deploy inside your own AWS VPC.
What is Ellipsis?
Each agent session runs in its own sandbox. Agents are configured in YAML, and interactive sessions such as @ellipsis in Slack can use your existing Claude Code or Codex subscription.
Teams can start on the managed SaaS and move to their own AWS account later with the same agents and configs.
